Ive modified this Atari 2600 with baseband output thusly eliminating the need for a game switchbox. Also, its now fitted with both, RCA line and 1/4" output jacks along with body contact volume controls. Simply flip the switch up and there is no sound emitted until you touch both contacts. The harder you press them the louder the volume gets, this is an extremely fun and useful feature. Ive also added a button that causes random tone and/or sound pattern generation. I route mine thru my effects chain for some incredible modeling. The sounds this creates are very analog and thick. Youll also find a pair of body contacts that will effect the tone/pattern of some sounds. Not all are effected, its a bit random itself making this an incredible alien sound generator. Normal gaming is still possible, this Atari still functions as normal but now works a stand alone synthesizer/tone/pattern generator.
